Reviewing and updating your payment plan
When you select ‘Plan details’ you will see a summary of the Storytella plan you’re on, together with that plan’s key features.
In addition, if you have a paid account, this is where you can access your invoices.
To update or change your payment plan select Plan details (beneath the cog) then Change payment plan in the sub-navigation. Beneath ‘Package’ you can access a drop down list that will provide you with the options available to you. Selecting a paid plan will prompt you to add payment details before you select ‘Save’.
When you switch from a free to a paid account you will be charged the plan price immediately, then charged on the same day of every month thereafter.
If you cancel your paid subscription your plan will be downgraded at the end of the current payment period.
